We are constantly following the situation regarding the coronavirus. Unfortunately the advice on the matter is rather tenuous and everchanging by the hour. This may be inevitable but it doesn’t inspire confidence or allow us to make firm decisions.
As this post ‘goes to air’ we intend to carry on as usual but it does seem there are some black clouds and question marks on the horizon and things could change quickly. TUESDAY 17TH MARCH 2020. Following up on the main post … after hearing new advice from the Government the YFO regretfully has no option but to now suspend ALL activities including rehearsal and performances. We hope to resume very soon but this is entirely dependent on the advice given by the authorities. The well being of our members, our customers and our audience members is our main concern. We are very sorry that this will cause some inconvenience for people but in these exceptional circumstances we have little choice.
